RADAR: Networking for Success

About the sessions

The sessions held in the financial year 2016-17 focused on crafting networking skills and other key competencies to help with career development. Folllowing on from this, we are to host a series of Masterclasses for smaller groups of RADAR participants throughout 2017-18, to delve deeper into an aspect of personal and professional development covered at the initial workshops.

The one day Masterclass topics and dates available are as follows:

  • Challenging Conversations, 30th May or 6th November
  • Presentation Skills, 19th June or 23rd August
  • Regional Staff Network Development, 24th July
  • Resilience, 15th August or 27th November
  • Coaching and Mentoring, 26th September or 4th December

Information about these events is available on our Eventbrite booking page.

NHS Staff from a BAME background who attended the original RADAR: Networking for Success sessions are welcome to attend the Masterclasses. We anticipate all sessions to be fully booked; however if you are working in the NHS and from a BAME background and are interested in participating, please contact Beverley Powell for a conversation.
