Is your organisation seeking fresh thinking and new ways of working, but finding it a challenge to make time with ‘business as usual’?


About the Scheme

Innov8 has partnered with the Inspiring Leaders Network and Finegreen to provide an exclusive Shadow Board opportunity. This pilot has been funded by Innov8 to develop an offer that aims to:

  • Grow our own talent saving millions for the NHS,
  • Embrace different thinking at a strategic level to improve organisational performance on your most pressing priorities,
  • Diversify the emerging talent pool for the future NHS

 

Invitation to Apply

 

Our new shadow board programme starts soon, as part of our Innov8 inclusive talent management work.

Working in partnership with both TRL Healthcare and Finegreen Associates, this innovative programme will welcome 10 aspiring board leaders from each Trust in January. 

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust and South West Yorkshire Partnership Trust are confirmed participants in the first wave.

Funding for a third organisation is available.
