Mentoring for Leadership Train the Trainer Programme
About the Programme
This is a 'train the trainer' programme developed by the Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy and delivered in Yorkshire and the Humber for organisations wishing to develop mentoring capability.
The train the trainer programme helps organisations establish a sustainable resource to train mentors and those wishing to use mentoring skills. Participants should be facilitators or experienced coaches/mentors who are ready to take on a trainer role. Participants must be supported by an organisational commitment and a plan to deploy training.
