The local Workforce Strategy, Tomorrow’s People, Today, was developed following consultation with local partners on the priorities for the workforce here in the Thames Valley. It sets out a long-term vision to deliver the right workforce, with the right skills, qualities and values for great patient care.

Local Delivery Plan 2015/16
The Local Delivery Plan sets out the priority areas of work we are undertaking for the current year, delivering both national priorities set out in the HEE Mandate, and also local priorities and workforce hotspots.
Health Education England publications of note – the HEE Mandate from Government and ‘Framework 15’
The work of HEE and HETV is guided by the Mandate it receives from Government, setting out the priorities and deliverables. These national priorities are built into our work locally here in the Thames Valley. The Mandate is regularly refreshed, reflecting the needs of the health and care workforce and patient care. Health Education England also published ‘Framework 15’ as a means of aiding discussion and debate about the future for the health and care workforce.
