Enabling Transforming Care Partnerships (TCP) teams to create workforce development plans
HEE have appointed a Learning Disabilities lead for the HEE South geography, who will support employers and the Transforming Care Partnerships (TCPs).
Engagement has taken place with the 6 Learning Disability (TCPs) in the south west and support has been offered to each of the networks through the provision of system leadership training. This training will enable the TCP teams to create workforce development plans for the health and care staff that will be impacted by the TCP work. Education and training gaps will be identified in these workforce plans.
