Have you a nurse, midwife or health visitor vacancy that you would like filled quickly? Would you like support to provide a placement for a returning nurse, midwife or health visitor? Return to practice is an employer-led model in the South West, whereby employers choose the returnee.
If you have been unable to fill a vacancy at a GP practice, school, nursing home or hospital for a nurse, midwife or health visitor then you may want to consider offering a placement to a returnee. With Health Education England's employer-led model in the south west, you will get financial assistance to support the returnee, the returnee will receive financial support to successfully complete the programme and the return to practice course will be paid for – a win for everyone.
