Through the design and development of education programmes our team ensures the learner voice is a key component of any new initiatives. We ensure the right training is provided, through the commissioning of high quality education, training based on need, innovative approaches. Our vision is for learner to be participants of learning not just consumers.
We work closely with our key stakeholders that include learners, service users, service providers, professional bodies and our universities to ensure we support and deliver on local and national emerging agendas.
Through everything we do we strive to ensure value for money and effective return on investment. For example we adopt and spread good practice, sharing resources and working across wider areas, for example Return to Practice, BME engagement and elearning.
